Bogus StallGuard readings may prevent the Z from moving which will result in other nasty behaviour.
Since we know at what heigth we roughly are at this spot, we can pretend ignoring the StallGuard is "safe".
But, serious issues may occur if the Z axis is mechanically blocked at some level.
Probably fixes some issues reported on FW 3.12 and 3.13.
